To our patients and families,
I hope this email finds you healthy and well. Our office is open; however, we are still following the recommendation of the American Dental Association and our State Board of Dentistry, which is limiting our care to emergency patients only.
Patients that have been previously appointed during this time are being individually contacted to reschedule their appointments. We are changing these appointments week by week because we are still uncertain when the State Board will allow us to go back to elective care.
Our staff are at the front desk taking calls M-F 9am-12pm, and all patients with true dental emergencies causing pain will be seen and treated. Outside these hours our doctors are on call through our answering service.
The health and safety of our patients, families and staff is and has always been our top priority. We are continuously and closely monitoring the rapid developments and recommendations of COVID-19.
Dental Associates has always followed every CDC and ADA guideline, and will continue those practices each day going forward. We ensure that all of us at Dental Associates will do everything to provide you with a safe environment when you are receiving your dental care. The health and safety of our patients are our number one priority in our practice.
